The Oops Package 2 year Accidental Damage Cover enables you to replace any damaged Jaspa 3 Hearing Aid for a Brand New Jaspa 3 Hearing Aid at any one time in the first 2 years for the low cost of $65 (payable only at the time of replacement). Any replacement Jaspa 3 hearing aid also includes another 12-month warranty from the date of replacement. No questions asked. It really is that simple.

Oops Package Terms and Conditions.

Each Jaspa 3 hearing aid comes with a unique serial number so that we can identify your device.

To receive the Jaspa 3 replacement under the Oops Package, you must return your damaged Jaspa 3 hearing aid to us via post. The damaged aid can be returned anytime within 2 years from the date of receiving the product.

Your Jaspa 3 hearing aid will be replaced for a brand new Jaspa 3 Hearing Aid for $65, plus $10 for shipping anywhere in Australia. Your brand new Jaspa 3 Hearing Aid will include a standard 12-month warranty.

We do not assess your returned Jaspa 3 hearing aid for repair under the Oops Package, we only check that the serial number corresponds with your Oops Package order. Your returned Jaspa 3 hearing aid will be replaced with a brand new Jaspa 3 hearing aid, including full box and accessory inclusions, (no questions asked), under these terms and conditions.
